The SC models are multifunctional and designed for modern commercial kitchens – where flexibility and functionality are essential.

The cabinet operates with three different cooling programmes:

Time-controlled, hard or soft cooling to a set temperature to give the kitchen full control over processes, food safety and quality. Once the process cycle is complete, the cabinet automatically returns to storing the products at the pre-selected and set temperature. When the cabinet is used as a standard fridge and freezer, simply set it to the preferred temperature.
